Misuse Policy

Repair or damage caused by negligence or misuse is the tenants responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but the tenants will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by tenant negligence or misuse will be paid by tenants.

Release of Key

If the tenant does not authorize a release of their key to the vendor, the tenant will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.
